Since becoming a fully authorised bank in 2020, our commercial lending has been largely funded by our consumer savings deposits.
We have an award-winning offering and serve over 14,500 active customers via our online platform and our Manchester-based customer support team. Our savings customers have also benefitted from market-leading rates, and fast account opening. We track our customer service levels through Feefo, which surveys our verified savings customers. In 2025, we received an average service rating of 4.8/5 from almost 1,000 verified customer reviews and, for the third year running, were recognised with Platinum Trusted Service Award from Feefo.
We have a strong track record of customer retention and regularly encourage early selection of maturity options as well as early reinvestment options.
